Should you post your newsletter content on your web site?

Yes, please. That’s my default answer, and here’s why.
Assuming you’re sending a regular enewsletter to customers and other interested folks, and that it’s terrific information, by all means add this newsletter copy to your web site.
Most of the enewsletters I see, and all of the ones I write for clients and for myself, consist of one topic. The content is informational, not promotional. (Obviously, your content should reflect your specialty.) In some way/s, the newsletter should influence readers to consider your services. If not immediately, then eventually.
So why limit your newsletter’s audience to your email list? Please add it to your web site. Don’t worry about maintaining the format. If you look at this email tip on my site, it looks quite different. Plus, I add a photo there. Same goes for my weekly Print Tip.
Good quality content that speaks to your expertise belongs on your web site. Add your newsletter copy if it’s valuable information.
